World Bipolar Day takes place on March 30th each year. As the 2020 & 2021 Social Media Consultant, I was responsible for the overall campaign strategy and execution of bphope.com’s social channels. The campaign focused on sharing powerful messages and stories of strength, courage, and resiliency, with the hashtag #bipolarSTRONG, across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Acting as the brand voice, I asked everyone to join in, creating a collective voice to promote understanding and acceptance of the challenges and incredible successes of those living with bipolar disorder.
My Implemented Strategies:
• Strategically planned and managed all social media content creation & revisions;
• Established key partner shares, which increased our overall campaign reach by 14x. Partners included National Alliance on Mental Illness, Mental Health America, Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance, and International Bipolar Foundation;
• Ensured all campaign deliverables were on-brand and within advertising budget;
• Measured campaign performance using social analytics tools.
