For over a century, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has been a part of historical events throughout music history. In early 2020, we continued to build on this history and developed a partnership with Montreux Jazz Festival at thirteen iconic properties worldwide. As Social Media Manager of our properties in North America, I was responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the social media strategy at five participating properties across the United States.
My Implemented Strategies:
• Developed, implemented and managed the regional and property-based social media strategy;
• Managed and directed the five participating North American hotels on the social media content to ensure content is informative and appealing;
• Created and managed all Montreux Jazz Festival paid promotions;
• Secured influencers for Fairmont San Francisco and Fairmont Austin event and developed their individual hotel campaigns;
Results:
