bp Magazine (bphope.com) is an American consumer mental health print magazine and website published by Green Apple Courage Inc. It serves the bipolar community—through healthy lifestyle articles, blogs, and e-newsletters. As the Social Media Manager for bp Magazine, I created a caring, trusting, and engaging online community where people connect and consume resourceful and life-changing content worldwide.
My Implemented Strategies:
• Developed a comprehensive Social Media Marketing plan and monthly content calendar for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest;
• Created and implemented a new blog strategy based on KPI’s;
• Recruited and hired international bloggers suffering from mood disorders and managed their weekly contributions to bphope.com;
• Successfully launched the vlog & buzz campaigns which increased our overall visibility;
• Managed private bipolar support forum with over 10K members.
Results:
• Grew Facebook audience from 20K to 120K followers;
• Launched Instagram account resulting in 19.6K followers to date;
• Dramatically increased bphope.com’s traffic by 125% and pageviews by 314%;
• Awarded Healthline’s Best Blogs 2015 – present;
