For two nights only, Chef Hector Laguna of Botanist located in Vancouver, and Chef Julien Royer of Three-Michelin Star Odette located in Singapore joined forces to design a seven-course tasting menu that took Vancouver’s culinary scene by storm.
My Implemented Strategies:
• Created and executed pre-promotional strategy on social media (paid and unpaid) to drive awareness and anticipation around unique offering;
• Hosted key media throughout the event, followed by a Q&A with both culinary masters;
• Tracked and managed post-event coverage for future Michelin collaborations.
